Do you need some new fall skirts? I do! I haven’t bought a skirt in years. Thank you economy! I think it’s time to dust off my sewing machine and get busy. I found these skirt patterns on Pinterest today and found a great blog in the process. It’s called Sew Chic and Unique. She has all kinds of neat DIY ideas.
These skirts are great looking, easy to sew and will be a great well needed addition to my fall wardrobe (which really doesn’t exist anymore). Let’s be honest here. I haven’t bought any fall clothes in a long time. I am in serious need of updating. And the great thing, I get really amazing coupons from Hobby Lobby and Hancock Fabrics that I can use toward the purchase of fabrics. Don’t forget to click their links to sign up to get their newsletters so you can get their coupons too.
Next I need to find out how to fix my boots that are falling apart! How are you spicing up your fall clothes on the cheap. Check out my board on Pinterest called DIY Fashion for ideas! I’m starting to fill it up with pins about refashioning/repurposing clothes and easy DIY projects. Looks like a lot of people are doing it with the economy not getting any better. I wonder if this is what the ladies did during the depression? Post links to your board, blog or ideas here! Happy sewing!
