Grilled London Broil

Author Tera Bare

Ingredients

  • Thyme
  • Rosemary
  • Onion Powder
  • Tri-Color Peppercorns
  • Kosher Salt
  • London Broil
  • Olive Oil
  • Cherry wood chips for the grill.

Instructions

  1. Rub olive oil on all sides of the London broil.  Rough chop fresh rosemary.  Sprinkle a generous amount of rosemary and thyme each side.  Either use a pepper grinder set on fine or put peppercorns into a Ziploc bag and pound.  Put a generous amount of salt and pepper on all sides along with onion powder (just go easy on the onion powder).  Let this marinate for at least an hour; overnight would be better.
  2. Get the grill going and follow the directions for the cherry wood chips for the grill.  Grill 10 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.  Let rest for 15 minutes before carving.  Slice in thin slices and enjoy!
