I have become obsessed with knee-high boots! I always thought that I couldn’t wear them because I’m short (I’m 5′ 3 1/2″). Turns out, I can! it’s all about finding the right length and style that will make your legs look longer without going over your knee or being mid-calf.
I also love over-the-knee boots and mid-calf boots too, but more about them in another post. Today’s post is all about finding some gorgeous and affordable knee-high boots. Knee-high boots look great with dresses, skirts, and even jeans. But it can be a challenge to find some that are not only pretty but also affordable.
On Sunday, I wore a mustard yellow, long-sleeve maxi dress to church and I wore some really cute dark brown booties with it. But I knew this dress really screamed for knee-high boots. I scoured the interweb all day Monday and finally found a pair that was under $100. And honestly, I can’t believe my husband just let me run out on a whim to buy new boots! He’s awesome! I’m so excited to wear them!
If you’re looking for knee-high boots for yourself, or to give as a gift, I did a lot of the work for you. I have found some really gorgeous boots and at the time of creating this blog post, they all just squeak under $100.00. One thing I love about these boots is that they all have a great heel height. Just high enough, but not break your neck in winter on icy sidewalk high.
I also chose some boots that are great basic colors that will go with anything in your wardrobe, like black and brown. But I also chose a fun patterned pair and some colors to spice things up a bit if you want a little more drama. I included a gorgeous snakeskin pair, a sleek white pair, a beautiful navy blue pair, and an almost Barbie pink pair for a pop of color.
Knee-high boots with more than a kitten heel are great for anyone around 14/15 years old and up. This means they’re a great gift idea for a teenage girl and up. What woman wouldn’t love a pair or two of these for Christmas? If you’d like to purchase any of these boots, just click on Shop The Post below.
