My son is getting married in the fall and we’re in charge of the rehearsal dinner. We’re so excited for them and it’s just a really exciting time in all of our lives! If you know me, I have to be organized and for something this important, I don’t want to miss a step. The search for a rehearsal dinner planner was on!

So, I was really surprised to find out that there are not many rehearsal dinner planners online. I searched everywhere and could only find a few. You know what that means, right? I made my own! After loads of research and not finding one, I broke down and designed one.

Planning for the food is so important. Whether it’s at a restaurant, catered at a special venue, or a backyard barbecue, everyone will be looking forward to the meal. Plan out the menu with these pages. You can even do a mockup of a menu if you like.

You can also plan a timeline for the whole evening. Don’t forget to include when you want any speeches to happen or any other special moments.

I’ve included a guest list and if you need to make special notations about guests you can do that on the same line or the line beside their name if you need to.
