In My Garden Today

This is a picture of my garden from today.  Not much to see, it seems pretty deserted.

But wait!  What’s this I see?  A crocus!  Does it know that it’s still January?

And in my old metal tub, too?  You’re ahead of the groundhog!

And wait!  There’s another one on the other side of the garden!

Is this grass trying to poke through?  I love how light and curly it is and the lighting on it.

An Iris is poking up through the leaves and the remains of acorns left by the chipmunks and squirrels. 

I spy a giant mound of Pinks coming up!  It looks like a bed for a Leprechaun!

My whiskey barrel is still growing carrots and lettuce?

And this is Twilight (Twi-twi for short), he’s not sure what to make out of all of this garden nonsense either!

He just knows that it means momma gettin’ ready to have a really bad case of spring fever!
