I’m so excited! I have redesigned this book from the inside out. I really love how it turned out. I’ve given it a fresh new color scheme and completely redesigned every single page. Not to mention I added several new pages. I had no idea when I was working on Becca’s graduation, our first to graduate, that it would turn into a planner.
When I started planning her graduation, I really couldn’t find anything that helped me keep up with all the details, so I started designing my own. By the time I got to my third graduate, it was a book. Believe it or not, Emily used this book to plan her own graduation party.
I wanted to make a planner/book/workbook that would work no matter what type of graduation celebration you were planning. I think I’ve accomplished that. Whether you are planning a party in your backyard for one graduate, or you’re a Graduation Coordinator for your homeschool group, this book will help you plan the most organized graduation, reception, party ever.

I’ve included pages where you can plan all the details for a graduation ceremony. Not having a formal or traditional diploma ceremony? That’s perfectly fine! I think that’s one of the best things about homeschooling. You get to plan something that is special and unique to your graduate or group of graduates. There’s plenty of room to plan something truly unique.

You can plan everything from a full catered reception to a simple and fun backyard barbecue and everything in between. I can’t tell you how much this helped me to be able to keep up with who was brining what to our parties. Two of my graduates just wanted parties and had asked family to bring special dishes. I was able to know exactly who was bringing which thing, did I remember to get the plates and did we get the photos for the senior table.

There are so many planning pages and worksheets in this book. I’ve added to-do lists for the ceremony, the reception and a general to-do lists. There’s also a blank monthly planning calendar to keep up with when deposits are due, orders need to placed, senior photo shoot, etc. There’s also a monthly calendar that I’ve included that looks like a list. It’s broken down by day and you can use it however you like.

Included is a Graduation Planning Timeline, a Catering Guide, Reception Food Ideas and tons of tips.

I’ve also included tips to help you work with your teen and include them in the planning process. Not to mention tips for working with a group, all from my personal experience and experiences of friends. There’s tips for choosing a speaker for a graduation or a party.

There’s even a budget! I’ve also included shopping lists and house cleaning checklists. Designing your own stationery or ordering them? There are pages for that too.

Keep up with information about speakers, decorations, your photographer and videographer.

Plan for a group of graduates and all their details. Keep track of volunteers or use it for family or friends that may be helping. There’s also a guest list where you can check off if you’ve sent them their invitations, save the dates and thank you notes and more.

There are over 40 pages to plan the most unique and personal graduation ceremony, reception or party. I almost forgot to tell you there are even pages to record information about your graduate or graduates. You’ll be able to record special things about their future plans, favorite verse or quote, GPA, etc and a photo.
When you’re all finished and the party is over, this book will make a special keepsake full of graduation memories. If you would like more information just click the button below.
