Use any fruit you like.
Optional Crust Topping: 1 cup of All-Purpose Flour 1/4 teaspoon of salt 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons vegetable oil 2 to 3 tablespoons cold water In a small bowl combine flour and salt. In a separate bowl combine vegetable oil and water; stir well. Pour oil mixture into flour mixture and stir with a fork. If mixture seems dry add a little more water. Shape dough into a ball, cover and chill until ready to use. Roll dough out and cover cobbler. If you use a large baking dish, you may need to double the crust recipe. If you make a solid crust cut a few slits into it before baking so that it can vent. Sprinkle a little sugar on top for extra sparkle. Bake according to directions.
