Barbeque Meatballs

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1-2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tsp. mustard
  • 1/2 Tsp. onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 –1/2 Tsp. garlic powder optional


  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 apple cider vinegar


  1. Spray a large baking dish with non-stick spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl mix all of the meatball ingredients. Make meatballs about 1 1/2″ diameter and put in baking dish. Set aside.

  2. In a small bowl mix all of the barbeque sauce ingredients. Pour over meatballs and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Cook time is determined by the size of the meatballs or to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

Recipe Notes

Great served with rice or macaroni and cheese!

Crockpot Version:  Make just like above and put in crockpot.  Cook on slow for 4-6 hours.
